ATTRACT Q&A
ATTRACT Academy is a scale-up of the ‘Young Innovators and Entrepreneurs’ pilot from phase 1, and the aim is for university students to generate ideas for social innovation inspired by the technologies developed within the R&D&I projects. It kicked off in May but officially started with the first Trainers Workshop held at Esade in June, bringing together representatives from the 10 Student Programs, both in-person and online.
Shreyasi Kar, ATTRACT Project Consortium Board member and Head of Operations at Aalto University Design Factory, talks about what is expected from these Student programs, which are working using the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals as a guide for seeing where the innovation lies.
