ATTRACT phase 2 was presented at the Big Science Business Forum 2022 (BSBF 2022), hosted by the Spanish Ministry of Science, Innovation and Universities and the Spanish Innovation Agency. And Pablo García Tello, ATTRACT Project Administrative Office, explained this initiative during the session “Career Opportunities and Pathways in the Big Science Market”.
Within this session, representatives from the key co-organising Big Science member organisations of BSBF and industry also provided an overview of their current career opportunities at a technical level and their demands on staff size and challenging qualifications. Furthermore, they addressed the higher education perspective and the Big Science career pathways in the industry.
The BSBF 2022 is a business-oriented congress which congregates the main European Research Infrastructures focused on technology, and was held from 4-7 October in Granada, Spain.
