The Socioeconomic Studies aim to enrich the traditional impact metrics and build upon them towards new insights on how to better measure and realize the full socio-economic potential of ERI-IEs such as ATTRACT.
Jonathan Wareham, Project Consortium Board member and Professor of Information Systems at Esade, provides an overview of what is expected from these studies because the idea is to develop mechanisms with which it can extract additional value from the investments that big scientific research infrastructures make when conducting science.
